In America, we prefer to see degrees from English-speaking establishments in our hires. Management is very communications-intensive, so you should be a native speaker or at least have your education from a university native to the place you want a job. This is not as important in science, math, medicine, etc... but management is a very colloquial trade, so you need to be working with people you can easily understand and associate with for the best results. If you want to work in France, I would recommend getting a management degree in France.

I would check with the college where you earned your degree in france. Most US companies who hire using a H1 visa will do an international check on your qualifications to see if they are equal to an American degree.
