A MEM course does not require a field specialization. Its a new degree which integrates mgt principles and engg background. i know Duke univ and Case Western have the course but I needed to compare with other univs.

MIT offers, through Sloan School of Mngt some MBA and similar degrees. U Mass Lowell offers a D. Eng. Degree.
